Nurx is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help scale our Engineering and Product teams. You will work closely with Talent leadership, the Executive Leadership Team, hiring managers, and other members of the team to find and engage the best and brightest talent.
What you'll do:
Own the entire technical recruiting process from sourcing to offer letters.
Prioritize candidate experience and track all candidate activity in our ATS (Greenhouse).
Create unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage candidates.
Source and assess qualified candidates through searches, referrals, networking, and other creative ideas you bring to the table.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership across the company to fully understand their hiring needs and set recruiting priorities.
Proactively contribute to improving the recruiting function by challenging the status quo and providing suggestions for improvement.
Weekly meetings with Talent Team and hiring managers to discuss pipeline and strategy.
A bit about you:
4+ years experience of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth environment and/or agency.
Bonus: working closely with engineering, product, and other teams.
Experience sourcing using LinkedIn, Entelo, StackOverflow, GitHub, AngelList, social media, meetups, etc.
Strong sense of teamwork, urgency, prioritization, and leadership.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process.
A passion for creating an amazing candidate experience, and continually improving hiring practices.
