Nurx is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to perform a variety of support activities for the Recruiting team. This includes a high volume of interview scheduling, greeting candidates, managing job postings, and helping provide a smooth candidate experience from start to finish. What you'll do:
Assist with various recruiting tasks and processes that include: scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, applicant tracking system administration, managing job postings, and greeting candidates.
Provide a high level of customer service and quality throughout the Recruiting process.
Track, compile and report on Recruiting metrics.
Assist in ongoing process improvement initiatives for Recruiting.
Manage relationships across Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Vendors, and Candidates/Applicants.
Assist in coordination of offsite recruiting events including registration, team travel details, and shipment of recruiting materials.
A bit about you:
2+ years of related Talent Acquisition, Office Administration or HR support experience.
Experience with an ATS required (Greenhouse is a bonus).
Experience with managing multiple calendars.
Excellent attention to detail.
Superb multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work in a high growth team environment.
Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
BA/BS degree preferred.
