Nurx is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who has experience recruiting and working with partners to help drive new users. Reporting into our VP of Marketing, you will build, manage, and grow marketing relationships with strategic partners.
What you’ll do:
Develop the strategy and partner plan that will drive market share for Nurx products.
Find and recruit new partners included but not limited to: affiliates, women focused brands and apps, medical companies, and content providers.
Create and activate campaigns for partners that drive new customers.
Ideate on partner execution strategy to get campaigns running.
Build a forecastable model with a steady stream of partner campaigns to test and learn from.
Build cross promotions and contests with other brands and publishers for lead generation and consumer awareness.
Runs sweepstakes and contests via DojoMojo to build lead lists of potential customers to deliver content to with CRM leader.
Drive affiliate program launch and success metrics.
Be a thought leader for potential partnerships always watching out for potential partners or competitors in our space.
Own reporting for the partner marketing channels.
A bit about you:
5+ years of experience in a partner marketing role.
Demonstrated track record of growing partner marketing programs from scratch.
Ability to work cross-functionally across internal teams, as well as manage external client relationships.
Strong desire to make an impact at a high-growth startup.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
