Senior Account Manager - Manchester/Macclesfield/London/Hybrid/UK remote

Due to continuing growth we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Nucleus Global.

As a Senior Account Manager you will work as part of a collaborative team and supervise a range of communications projects in a busy team working on dynamic and fast paced accounts. This is a busy, dynamic role working across medical affairs and publications projects. Using your project management skills and scientific expertise you will deliver a range of scientific services to clients including traditional deliverables and exciting digital pieces. You will lead on planning and strategy and be a primary liaison point. You will research information from a variety of sources to provide expertise in therapy areas and products and will be responsible for maintaining excellent relations with clients, meeting and surpassing client needs and guaranteeing high business standards.


To succeed you will have:

  • Previous experience working in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment.
  • Excellent project management skills and be comfortable leading on client facing projects on dynamic accounts while meeting client and group objectives.
  • Experience in medical education, publication and medical affairs deliverables
  • Strong therapy area experience.
  • Good financial understanding with experience of budgeting.
  • A flair for working well within a team with strong written and verbal communication skills.
