As a Controllership BackOffice Sr Analyst, you're expected to:
- Execution/settlement of treasury investments
- Process instructions of orders to counterparty and following the settlement
- Control of back office system
- Review, generation and submission of all regulatory reports, 351 Inversiones, 460 TDA, 443 Encaje, 239 - Solvencia and others that will be assigned to the back office.
- Review of valuations of investments at amortized cost
- Register and controlling new securities
- Reconciliation of positions funds
- Implementation of tools for back office (calypso or others)
- Conciliation of treasury settlements (DCV, Sebra, CUD)
- Accounting of treasury operations
- Clearing FX transactions instructed by Treasury
- Instruction of orders to counterparty and following the settlement;
- Support KPMG audits about treasury operations
We are looking for a Controllership BackOffice Sr Analyst who has:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, accounting or similar with more than 7 years of experience in treasury teams and back office.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards.
- Experience in regulatory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to Superintendencia de Colombia (351, 443, 460, 239, 386 etc).
- Experience in operational compliance in local and foreign currency, custody and diversification of portfolios.
- Experience in financial sector entities, banks - Compañía de Financiamiento (must).
- Experience in Calypso and SAP (nice to have).
- Experience in advance Data (Macros, SQL, Power BI) (nice to have).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Intermediate).
