Role description

Our Specialist team ensures responsibilities for recognizing, creating and implementing plans to promote inclusion and sense of belonging  within the organization (eg. support consulting to the business about D&I agendas). Reporting D&I metrics, taking actions to improve in need process, building and watching over policies and knowledge bases are part of their daily routine. Another important task that lies in the hands of Specialists is the development of projects that can leverage nubanker`s development and support business, product and people and culture needs, promoting and developing  programs and projects to enhance employee and sponsor understanding on inclusion issues.
Providing Direct support to affinity groups:  strategizing and executing programs that will create an environment of cultural diversity in the workplaceEach specialist has Specialization  on legal or social aspects connected to minoritized groups and is the Strategic support for Nubank’s D&I activities and internal and external positioning (eg. priorities definitions, people benefits, external events and activations), as well as giving Direct support for brand and reputation management: insights for crisis management and risk mapping.


  • Be Responsible for projects and analysis, using  data to make decisions;
  • Propose action plans for process and policy improvements from a D&I perspective;
  • Work close to team performances and other stakeholders;
  • Help improve processes and communication between the areas;
  • Take actions based on priorities  and our D&I OKRs;
  • Inspire and engage people to achieve D&I objectives.
  • Direct support for brand and reputation management: insights for crisis management, practices, policies, processes and product creation  into daily mission operations and successfully
  • implement new approaches to improve inclusion and diversity
  • Direct support to affinity groups:  strategizing and executing programs that will create an environment of cultural diversity in the workplace
  • Promoting and developing mentoring  programs to enhance employee and sponsors understanding on inclusions issues

Role requirements:

  • Experience working with D&I related topics
  • Have Solid experience and/or knowledge about legal or social aspects connected to minoritized groups specially for Black & Brown community
  • Good experience in project and/or process management (deadlines, outputs, KPIs, timeline, tasks segregation, delegation);
  • Have strong leadership, prioritization, accountability,  problem-solving skills and people oriented;
  • Are a great team player, able to communicate (written and verbal) and listen to your peers and stakeholders;
  • Are a fast learner that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification

  • Have Good ability  analyzing and using data to make decisions (spreadsheet, graphics, dashboards, etc);
  • Communicate in English is a nice to have;
  • Have already worked managing any D&I projects inside Nubank
  • Are hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done;
