Nubank has experienced tremendous growth since its launch in 2014 in Brazil and we are aiming to build the same growth in Mexico and in order to sustain this success, we are searching for passionate individuals who are looking to apply their strategic marketing skills to help us solve major company challenges and improve acquisition mainly  through our digital channels.

The Growth Brand Manager at Nu Mexico will be responsible for:

  • Generate the acquisition of new customers through paid and organic channels. 
  • Understanding the target market and their needs relates to our value proposition in order to drive effective communication and generate New considerations for their financial product.
  • Responsible for driving traffic, through different strategies and working together with the media team to align and improve kpi’s.
  • Drive a multi-channel demand generation strategy and drive key business metrics
  • Leading growth marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
  • Work together with the media team to monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.
  • Lead the creative team,to deliver content and to  ensure SLAs.
  • Working with the partnership team and being responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing key partnerships with external brands and business partners focusing on leveraging opportunities to generate traffic.
  • Collaborating with the finance/ marketing team to set and stay within budget.
  • Ensure continuous A/B Testing to incorporate new efficiencies.
  • Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of work experience
  • Proven ability to drive results

  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively
  • Proven experience on digital channel management is a MUST
  •  Ability to execute multifunctional initiatives within scope, time and with high quality
  • Seek and understand external/competitive focus to define product card opportunities / threats 
  • Knowledge of English
  • This person will be expected to know about metrics/concepts such as website, awareness, reach, A/B testing, etc. 
  • They are NOT expected to run performance marketing
