Why are Business Analysts important for Nubank?

As the company at the forefront of the financial revolution in Brazil, Colombia, México and Argentina, Nubank has seen exponential growth since its beginning. In order to maintain its healthy growth path, numerous critical decisions must constantly be made. Business Analysts are fundamental in this decision-making process as they must not only be able to deal with large amounts of information, but they must also strive to always think of ways to improve our customers’ experience.

It is the responsibility of the Business Analyst to structure data, analyze it, and use the output to test different solutions in order to further increase Nubank’s efficiency.

We are looking for people who are independent and unafraid to take initiative to identify and solve problems that are not necessarily evident. 


Once you are here you

Will do a lot of investigative work, focused on deciding which data makes the most sense to be used in each situation - If don't have the data, it’s you job to think about what tests can be done, or how to draw the information needed in a way that can answer the questions you have;

Help your squad to make decisions based on data, making it comfortable to take safe risks despite uncertainties;

Work with a large volume of data to build a solid foundation and starting point when making a decision with calculated risks - even though knowing that not all answers are in data;

Will have the opportunity to work in a complex, dynamic and diverse environment, participating in projects that will impact high volume of clients, 

Grow and learn from a well prepared and highly qualified team .
