The Product Marketing Manager at Nubank will be responsible for: 

  • People Management: To lead Nubank's investments recommendation team (fin research house).
  • Project Management with focus in marketing/comms: To orchestrate what and how we are communicating about investments to our customers.
  • Market analysis (trends, impacts in investments)
  • Recommendation (asset classes distribution, stock picking, tips)
  • Educational Content (financial organization, methodologies and investments strategies)
  • To lead discovery and ensure customer satisfaction: To lead discovery efforts, research, data analysis to make sure we are addressing customer needs with our content/recommendation strategy. To focus effort on what really delights our customers.
  • To be the guardian of our investment philosophy: To make sure we are following our investments principles and always sharing content with transparency focusing on what's best to our customers.

Requirements:

  • A high knowledge about investments.
  • Knowledge about marketing / communication (don't need to have experience working specifically with marketing, but must have at least a business administration macro view (in which marketing is included).
  • A solid experience in project management and team management.
  • English
  • Experience managing people
