Once here you will:
- Leverage your analytical skills, using data and metrics to measure the health of your hiring funnels, and make strategic decisions based on that information.
- Collaborate with teams and leaders to understand their recruiting needs
- Source qualified candidates to solve specific problems and to sustain the inbound/outbound level of our pipeline
- Influence a range of stakeholders at crucial decision-making moments
- Find and attract to the top of the funnel and engage people with the potential to solve specific business problems
- Keep a balance between our passive (funnel) and proactive (sourcing) recruiting efforts
- Collaborate to promote attraction of professionals to our recruiting funnel (events, content, production)
- Interpret data and take actions regarding our pipeline and processes
- Connect and effectively communicate with people from all levels
- We are looking for a tech sourcer with vast experience in sourcing
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize demands
- Strong problem-solving, data-driven and reporting skills
- Energized and challenged by a constantly changing environment
- Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of independently partnering with leadership on hiring initiatives
- Ability to identify all candidate’s qualities and gaps a and understand what each one brings to the table, and then connect them with the right opportunity
