People Growth is seeking a Learning Partner for the Product/Design team to focus on onboarding, learning, and training for our PMs, working in partnership with the Product/Design team, People & Culture and key stakeholders to develop and leverage their talents.
- Create and implement learning strategies and resources for Product/Design areas.
- Partner with the business to understand their learning needs and translate them into engaging and inspiring, transformative solutions that accelerate learning, development, and growth.
- Work with the Business to develop a best in class Learning Solutions that helps to build our employees´ capabilities
- Partner with the Business to develop a strategic onboarding program for new hires that accelerates new hire's learning curve.
- Ensure global learning programs cascade successfully to the team.
- Partner with key stakeholders through effective needs analysis to understand Product business priorities and ensure we have relevant, value creating, and results driven learning solutions that focus on developing, engaging and retaining our Engineers/tech teams.
- Work with leadership and HRBPs to establish strategic goals, processes, and forward-thinking learning solutions, serving as a credible and trusted advisor.
- Build a Learning journey with L&D innovative solutions, practices, and trends that help our client group achieve their goals
- Advanced written english, spoken english intermediate level +.
- Strong project management skills - able to create an lead a project from zero to implementation;
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills - able to build effective relationships and communicate effectively across multiple business areas.
- Previous experience in L&D content creation and delivery.
- Previous experience working with Product/Design/Tech as a Learning or HR professional
