Responsibilities:

  • Influence and collaborate with a cross-functional team towards brand and growth goals (from planning to execution)
  • Define strategies for brand growth to attend business needs
  • Lead big brand/product campaigns and other marketing initiatives with a efficiency mindset and agile methodology
  • Bring a base of references and good practices on brand management
  • Develop and execute our growth strategy, encompassing both customer acquisition and retention marketing

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience on performance-based growth marketing
  • Experience leading brand management efforts
  • Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actionable insights
  • Ability to work and lead through influence multidisciplinary teams (product, software engineering, data science, analysts and customer service);
  • Great business judgment and ability (and interest) to make, both, strategic and operational decisions;
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently;
  • Hands-on and willing to get hands dirty on execution;
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish;
