The Opportunity

 

Our People Operations team seeks a People Ops Governance Specialist to coordinate, help to scale and drive efficiencies across P&C Ops function, supporting the Ops team to have a positive impact on Nubanker growth.

 

Once you are here you will:

 

  • Will play a key role within the P&C Ops structure in order to map and report all deliverables for the area with a executive view ( presentations/executive summaries);
  • Partner with all P&C Ops sub areas (Payroll, People Admin, Benefits, Health and Help Desk) on identifying gaps, lack of processes as well as enhancements to me implemented on their space;
  • Focus on global standardisation, ensure all processes, policies and procedures are consistent across the globe;
  • Drive, support/execute special projects for P&C Ops area with different teams ( Finance, FP&A, Mobility etc) when needed;
  • Centralize, plan and execute the People Ops roadmap implementation, containing all the subareas initiatives with the proper prioritization;
  • Organise & map all P&C Ops escalation items to be reported periodically;
  • Build, control and report the People Ops Budget in order to maintain healthy cost efficiency;
  • Be a facilitator in terms of projects, processes, and any other innovation item that any People Ops subarea needs/wants to implement;
  • Act as the primary point of contact and owner of all HR Operations for Governance;
  • Establish and build strong strategic partnerships with key HR partners/Stakeholders;
  • Manage BPO contracts and ensure that the scope, SLAs and agreements are being followed by the provider;

 

 

Desired Qualifications and Profile

  • Experience with HR Metrics and Indicators
  • Experience on HR Budget creation and management
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Experience with HR Projects leading
  • Ability to take the lead in diverse initiatives
  • Knowledge in designing and implementing scalable HR Policies and Processes for multiple countries
  • Proficient in Google apps or MS Office
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
  • Fluent in Portugues and English
  • Constantly looking for smart-efficient solutions and obsessed to provide the best possible experience;
  • Experience with HRIS implementation/ system integrations is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field is a plus
  • Power BI/People Analytics knowledge is a plus
