Our Operational Risk Team

Our mission as a team is to maintain and constantly improve the operational risk management process in order to ensure a sustainable growth for Nubank. With that in mind, we analyse current risks and identify potential ones that may affect our journey.

 

 In this role, you will: 

  • Tests of internal controls in all areas of the institution considering operational risks and also the requirements of Regulatory Bodies;
  • Mapping processes to identify potential operational risks, causes and their consequences;
  • Suggest improvements in the tools and processes of the company's areas to gain productivity and efficiency in risk mitigation;
  • Empower the 1st line of defense to become world class risk managers.

Requirements

  • Experience working with processes mapping, internal controls, operational risk management and/or Internal Audit;
  • Experience in the financial and payments services industry (banking, asset management, brokers or payment system companies);
  • Knowlegde with financial sector regulatory structure (Bacen, CVM, Anbima etc);
  • Good understanding of the English language;
  • SOX experience is a plus.
