Our Marketing Analytics Team

The Marketing Analytics team at Nubank is responsible for supporting the marketing organization towards making decisions based on data, with the ultimate goal of making marketing and data analytics functions become second nature to each other. Marketing has grown to be a deeply analytical function and that is what we seek at Nubank. We work within each and every team in the marketing structure (publisher, PR, international, media, customer lifecycle, and many others). What we look for is people with a deep intellectual curiosity and steep analytical ability. We have a test & learn mindset and a "no-sacred-cows" perspective on things. About the role:
Now that we have millions of fanatical customers, we need a Marketing Analytics Specialist to help us understand and take care of this community, by using her/his strategic and analytical skills to analyze the impact of what we have been doing and telling them.
Responsible for success measurement of brand experience squad;
Define metrics and KPIs for the initiatives, projects and daily actions;
Generate business insights;
Educate peers about analysis and success measurement;
Translate data and KPIs so the whole team can understand and be on the same page;
Contribute with the squad discussion, focusing on bringing data to leverage the customer engagement;
Build the right dashboards;
Spot trends, patterns, and relationships within data;
Tests A/B (statistics knowledge, analytical platform like google analytics).
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Math, Marketing, Business or related fields
- MBA or Masters degree desirable but not required
- Work experience in activities related to analytics (amazing, but not required if in Marketing)
- Interest in marketing-related topics
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated experience creating business/marketing metrics, and using analytic tools to leverage marketing/business decision-making process
- Experience acting with autonomy in high uncertainty environments
- Python programming proficiency
