Nubank is the leading financial technology company in Latin America. Its first product, launched in 2014, is a no-fee credit card that is fully managed by a mobile app. Almost 30 million people have requested the product since launch, and the company has passed the 15 million customer mark. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and make training recommendations;
  • Support and contribute to the Training strategy, fostering innovation and engagement with our employees combining soft skills and hard skills trainings;
  • Understand with area Leads and Business Partner specific training demands for Operations chapters;
  • Provide recommendations, guidance and best delivery model for each training 
  • Design, develop, deliver and evaluate training curriculum to support learning objectives that align with organizational goals;
  • Draw together with the Leads and HRBPs the best onboarding experience that reinforces Nubank's values and sets employees up for success;
  • Manage and execute all aspects of training, including communications such as class invitations, registration information, attendance confirmation, venue logistics, and training administration such as program material preparation and vendor partnerships;
  • Track training data, report on metrics, and provide feedback and recommendations on enhancements and future offerings;
  • Based on the above actions, create, manage and enhance Training Calendar



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Passionate about technology and knowledge spreading
  • Highly connected with learning trends
  • Proven experienced in training area, minimum 5 years
