Nox Group is excited to welcome an enthusiastic IT Coordinator to our expanding team in Phoenix, Arizona! In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as the vital connection for coordinating assets and managing requests within our IT department. Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, cell phones, desk phones, and vendor-specific hardware and software. Beyond managing technology, you’ll play a key role in implementing innovative internal systems and supporting IT team members with various requests, contributing to the seamless operations that drive Nox Group forward. Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter devices into the system and ensure all records are up-to-date.
  • Conduct audits of device inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on device setups to meet organizational standards.
  • Oversee the progress of IT requests, ensuring efficient handling and maintaining organization in the device pickup area.
  • Monitor shipping and delivery timelines for devices to ensure timely distribution.
  • Manage and verify the accuracy of the device backlog to prevent discrepancies.
  • Handle user setups, including onboarding and separation processes.
  • Regularly monitor the ticketing system to identify and address stale or unresolved tickets.
  • Document maintenance, upgrades, and updates for all computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Communicate effectively with users, keeping them informed of progress and resolutions for incidents or requests.
  • Review and maintain system documentation to ensure it aligns with enterprise standards.
  • Audit inventory to identify and address out-of-date devices.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Business awareness with a solid understanding of how IT supports departmental strategies and goals.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to align resources with technical issues effectively.
  • Strong understanding of critical IT services and the ability to prioritize support accordingly.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and related tools.
