We are currently seeking Field Operations Coordinators to support the construction of the most challenging and exciting projects in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical and water/wastewater treatment facilities.

Responsibilities 

  • Reviews foremen timecard information, validating and identifying any discrepancies each day. Working with project team to make any necessary corrections.
  • Facilitates and manages foremen and field superintendent trainings.
  • Works closely with HR and the VP of Field Operations during the monthly eval period. Ensuring HR objectives are obtained in a timely manner, escalating any issues.
  • Ensures accurate HR records are maintained for all craft, advocating for precise information for future decisions.
  • Generate daily attendance report to project team and VP of Field Ops. Detailing number of people on PTO and unscheduled absences.
  • Maintain project site map and site information for new people to the site.
  • Maintain manpower request log weekly with General Superintendents, ensuring the project needs are communicated to the VP of Field Ops.
  • Assist in the movement of manpower across the organization by processing records and communicating effectively with all parties involved.
  • Attends Daily NEO huddle and transfer meetings to summarize the next day changes and reports out to their assigned project team(s)
  • Works closely with payroll on ensuring any site pay incentives (shift differential, uplifts, per diem) are being communicated effectively. Work closely with Human Resources, Workforce Development, and Talent acquisition as the conduit of various information to help hire, train, and retain our top talent.

Qualifications

  • Ability to assume responsibility, interface and effectively communicate with others.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Positive and teachable attitude
  • Possesses excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with employee information.
  • Experience in dealing with large groups of employees, preferably in a construction setting.
