We are currently seeking a Labels Technician to participate in the production of several types of labels. As a Labels Technician, you will be expected to carry a level of proficiency in Production, Scheduling, Safety, Quality Control, and Administration within the Construction Labels fabrication shop.
Responsibilities
Execute production and shipping of labels orders with minimal scrap or re-work
Collaborate with Construction Labels Sales, Estimating, Management, Customers, and other technicians to maintain production flow
Promote Construction Labels in a positive light at all times when dealing with customers, and other industry professionals
Ensure professional resolution of escalated order and quality-related issues and customer satisfaction
Identify best practices for processes, materials and methods of production for Construction Labels, and its customers
Qualifications
Ability to read, understand and follow written & verbal instructions
Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and switch between tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator/CorelDRAW, any design program is a plus
