Role:
Social Media Manager

Description: 
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to own the organic strategy, production, and execution of digital content across Novo’s social channels. You’ll be a driving force on our marketing team with experience in Instagram, TikTok and YouTube marketing, creating engaging video and photo content. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling, conversion-driven content, with an emphasis on testing and optimizing creatives based on performance data. 

Strong collaboration with marketing teams and a keen eye for detail are a must.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the creative planning and execution of campaign and evergreen content across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Conceptualize and produce ongoing viral videos, mini-docs, interviews, and memes focused on our customers, product and the broader industry.
  • Regularly work with small business owners, freelancers, consultants and self-employed professionals.
  • Develop creative briefs, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
  • Optimize content strategies for engagement and provide reports on creative performance, trends, and competitive insights.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A social-first approach to storytelling, an impeccable eye for visual aesthetic, and strong experience in photo and video production.
  • A proven ability to organically grow an online community and increase engagement.
  • A deep understanding of the communities that drive culture, both online and offline.
  • A collaborative, iterative, and unique approach to creating ongoing and new content series.
  • A genuine passion for social media, with the ability to stay ahead of trends while turning them into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience managing creator partnerships and user-generated content campaigns.

 

Bonus Points:

  • Comfortability being on camera.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Your preferred camera is an iPhone.

 

Experience:

2 years of experience, minimum.

 

Compensation:

  • $80,000 - $90,000
