Role:
We are seeking a talented Senior Brand Designer to build a world-class brand and communicate the value of our product offering. Since we’re a small but mighty team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from brand strategy to creating assets for brand campaigns, designing web experiences, and more. You'll have the autonomy and ownership to blend design and strategy while partnering with our Marketing team on brand initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the overall evolution of Novo’s visual identity to deliver innovative, conceptual design principles and executions that will reimagine the overall look & feel
  • Unify the brand across touchpoints and ensure high standard for craftsmanship
  • Collaborate with your Marketing partners to understand the needs of prospects and customers to propose strategic design solutions that meet those needs and ladder up to business goals
  • Create end-to-end GTM content for brand and marketing initiatives, including animations, illustrations, editorial content and more
  • Design, create, and help direct compelling campaign assets for web, social, digital and other channels.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, content creators, marketers, web designers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with the overall brand.
  • Conduct ongoing quality assurance to ensure design elements are implemented correctly and functioning as intended.
  • Help drive the brand vision through design explorations, creative learnings, and present those ideas to team members and stakeholders across the company
  • Own design projects and bring them to completion.

Requirements for the Role: 

    • 6+ years brand design experience
    • A portfolio that showcases creativity, storytelling,  attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics in brand design projects.
    • Exceptional core design skills—pixel perfection, typography, layout, interaction, and visual expression
    • Experience with prototyping, motion design, and illustration. 
    • Ability to think through complex design challenges and navigate ambiguity
    • Experience with evolving and maintaining design systems
    • Ability to quickly iterate, share ideas, and receive feedback
    • Strong conceptual, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
    • Extensive experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite programs.
    • Experience working on brand photography guidelines
    • Understanding of content strategy principles, including information architecture, content organization, and content management, to create designs that effectively support content goals.
