We are looking for an Account Support Analyst who understands how to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. About the Role:
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner
- Provide outstanding customer service by sharing accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Use problem solving, analytics, and intuitive skills to follow logic and offer thoughtful solutions
- Identify customer needs and help customers in using specific features, educating them on how to best leverage the Novo platform
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different customer support topics
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our platform and internal management systems as well as curiosity and awareness of new initiatives within the industry
Requirements for the Role:
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in a Customer Support Specialist, Account Support Specialist or similar support role for the finance industry
- Ability to analyze existing processes, make recommendations around systems and more efficient processes and create processes from scratch.
- Ability to communicate about technical and non-technical subjects in a clear and comprehensive way
- Quick learner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using ZenDesk, G-Suite, Jira or similar customer service management softwares.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proven ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency and keen attention to detail
- Comfortable working US timing shift
- Experience in banking/fintech industry
