We are looking for a Dispute Analyst/Deposit Operation Analyst who supports the processing for some of the platform's transaction channels; will be responsible for performing a wide variety of bank operational duties in a high volume environment. These positions interact with various bank personnel while serving as a resource agent for all deposit operational areas, and assisting in the verification of processes and applications.

About the Role:

  • Review and investigate debit card/ACH disputes claims
  • Customer Service related functions
  • Coordinate investigations with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies
  • Review and attend training related to dispute programs and services
  • Maintains detailed records on all work responsibilities as required
  • Process ACH and debit card disputes
  • Process ACH Transactions when needed
  • Maintain training and education needs related to Regulation E and NACHA rules
  • Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements for the Role: 

  •  Analytical skills is Must 
  • SQL will be bonus 
  • Google Sheets Must 

Education and/or Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and
  • Two years of related experience in banking operations and/or customer service
  • Have experience with  ACH Transactions
  • Have experience with dispute/chargeback processing
  • Customer facing mindset
