Accenture Federal Services has an exciting opportunity for an Agile Coach!
The Agile Coach provides assistance and leads teams in applying Agile thinking to the specific environment and impediments that the teams face. The Agile Coach works as an advisor and helps the team adapt the methodology to their environment and challenge the existing environment. Assists the software development teams in using Agile Methods and mentors Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other roles as needed. The Agile Coach provides recommendations for training and employee development in Agile methods and Agile tool implementation. Knowledge of Scrum, Agile Backlog Management, Agile Measurement techniques, Product Management, SAFe, and issue/risk management is expected.
Here's What You Need:
- 2 years in a Lean Agile Coaching role supporting product teams
- Experience with Lean Agile principles, practices and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, XP and SAFe
- Knowledge of technical software engineering practices e.g. BDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, pair programming
- An active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required to start
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $111,400 - $180,700
Colorado: $111,400 - $156,100
New York City: $129,100 - $180,700
Washington: $118,700 - $166,100
