Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Project Lead focused on providing our customers unique services and expertise to leverage their existing AFS-provided technologies and develop and execute effective digital and data strategies. AFS builds high performing teams focused on client value, maintaining your core skills, supporting your capability to deliver superior results, and fostering cohesive teams of like-minded professionals providing support as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support and oversight for technical and non-technical personnel supporting AFS capabilities at multiple locations inside and outside of the Continental US.
- Generate required Personnel, Status, and Delivery reports.
- Create/maintain personnel PDs as required and participate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training processes for project personnel..
- Monitor client org requests to ensure AFS Client Account Lead (CAL) and Division leader visibility and timely AFS responses, and convey future client requirements to CAL.
- Participate in developing AFS proposals, RFP responses, White Papers, etc. in support of new opportunities.
Here's what you need:
- 5+ years of combined experience serving in DOD organizations to include experience with:
- Managing, Leading and Developing people
- Generating monthly a variety of status, operations, personnel, and financial reports
- Managing multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
- Leading projects and/ or tasks
- 3+ years of writing skills with experience producing formal deliverable documents with minimal errors and effectively communicate both project and technical information to internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience with US Special Operations Command organizations
- 2+ years of experience managing, coordinating, and supervising personnel remotely
Bonus points if you have:
- PMP, other Project Management certification, or similar formal training
- Associates or higher degree in management, finance, administration, or similar field
- Experience supporting software development projects using an Agile / Scrum methodology
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Security Clearance:
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $105,200 - $168,400
Colorado: $105,200 - $145,500
New York City: $121,700 - $168,400
Washington: $112,100 - $154,900
