Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to manage stakeholders, collect requirements, and design solutions to meet business process and application requirements. You will work in an Agile manner, as well as work independently and as part of a team.
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, redesign and improve business processes.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements.
- Apply industry best practicesband use detailed digital platform knowledge to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds the functional requirements.
- Work hand in hand with customer stakeholders to define business processes and requirements, as well as support the development team to translate the vision of the customer's requirements and help with configuration of the solution.
- Participate in the planning and execution of testing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow.
Here's what you need:
- 6+ years of experience as a business analyst or product owner or 4+ years of experience as a business analyst or product owner and an Associates degree or 2+ years of experience as business analyst or product owner and a Bachelors degree or a Masters degree
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar platform
Bonus Points if you have:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Knowledge of SDLC especially Agile methodology and digital platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
- Active TS/SCI clearance
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $73,900 - $115,100
Colorado: $73,900 - $99,400
New York City: $85,500 - $115,100
Washington: $78,600 - $105,900
US Citizenship required.
