Novetta is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our fast-paced, corporate support team. This position will allow a highly-motivated candidate to learn numerous systems and corporate capabilities, while interacting with all levels of leadership within the company.
- Provides first-line resolution of incoming tickets, calls, email, and verbal requests for IT-related services.
- Installs, configures and supports end-user computer systems, printers and software.
- Manages user accounts, passwords and applications assignments.
- Monitors and reports on systems for proper functionality and availability.
- 3+ years experience in the following:
- Providing excellent customer service to their organization
- Being a reliable, supportive team member
- Applying their top-notch communication and documentation skills
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software (Windows, Mac, Linux, Audio Visual and VOIP systems)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, subnetting and VPNs)
- Experience working with and supporting typical office applications
- AS or BS degree in computer/information systems or related field
- Industry certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft, Apple, Linux, Cisco, ITIL, DoD 8570 IAT/IAM)
- Knowledge of G-Suite, AWS and Microsoft cloud apps/solutions
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
