About The Role:

As a member of the IT Operations team, you will be entrusted in providing exceptional technical support for our end users while serving as a technical resource for the team. Reporting directly to the IT Operations Manager, you will have direct impact in scaling and establishing best in class support, elevating IT operational processes, and mentoring our junior operational staff. Your focus will include, but not be limited to, improving efficiencies in critical areas such as lifecycle management and access requests.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Act as a stakeholder for end user education through self help mechanisms including self help articles and user guides
  • Assist in employee lifecycle management including asset management, account provisioning and other processes
  • Serve as an escalated point for ticket triage and in person technical support
  • Maintain and manage inventory of hardware (computers, monitors, printers) and accessories

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • 5+ years experience as IT support or similar experience
  • Advanced troubleshooting hardware or software experience in a predominately macOS environment
  • Proven experience in administrating Google Workspace, Zoom, Okta, Slack, and other SaaS applications
  • Excellent communication skills to partner with both technical and non-technical users and stakeholders on a global level
  • A passion for tackling high complexity tasks, collaborating with others, and developing creative solutions for technical challenges

Nice to Haves:

  • Understanding of network fundamentals (connectivity, VPN and printing)
  • Ability to support and assist with Zoom AV infrastructure for onsite and remote events
  • IT Security and compliance focused mindset

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York, the estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 per year.
