Notion in EMEA

EMEA is a key geo for Notion’s business. With millions of users and customers across various markets and segments in the region, GTM efforts to date have focused on online and direct sales channels from our HQ in Dublin, Ireland. As an early member of the team, you'll be instrumental in helping define our sales and customer success motion, meaningfully shape our future product, and drive business revenue all while having a blast doing it!

About The Role:

Channel partners manage the entire customer lifecycle, from marketing to sales to customer success (post-sales). They sell Notion into their existing book of business, as well as generate new business. They own the billing relationships with customers and provide transactional support. Examples are Outsourced IT Procurement Resellers, Distributors, and Fulfillment agents.

We're looking for a motivated Partner Sales leader with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our early stage GTM team. This role will be responsible for building out both the Partner Sales Strategy for EMEA as well as creating and developing the Partner relationships in the region.

What You'll Do:

  • Reporting to regional General Manager, you will build and implement EMEA Partner Sales strategy while working closely with local and global teams
  • Recruit, enable and maintain resale partner relationships as the primary owner within the region.
  • Work together with GTM Leadership to achieve regional goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and solutions engineering to maximise partner’s revenue growth
  • Create the goals and strategic sales & marketing plan with each partner and conduct business reviews.
  • Monitor the progress and adjust the strategy and process to continuously improve the results.
  • Support partners on co-marketing such as product collateral, webinars and events.
  • Maintain executive relationships with partners.
  • Lead and, in time, grow EMEA partner sales team.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • You are inspired by our mission of making software tooling ubiquitous
  • You have 10+ years of professional experience, preferably within Saas or Hyperscaling Tech environments
  • Solid understanding of SaaS/IT partner ecosystem in EMEA
  • You are comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of iteration of an early-stage startup
  • You have a growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nascent team
  • You view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures

Nice to Haves:

  • Previous experience building partner sales playbooks and processes
  • Previous experience as an early hire at a fast-growing start-up
  • Ability to function in a “Player/Coach” capacity as we scale EMEA
