The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive – Affordability to join our team. The role involves regular preparation and management of MIS reports, coordination with banks and the finance team and ensuring smooth execution of affordability-related processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of data management and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
What you’ll do:

- Prepare, update and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports related to affordability schemes.
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the internal finance team to ensure accuracy in data sharing and reconciliations.
- Handle queries and resolve issues related to affordability schemes promptly.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all affordability-related reports and systems.
- Maintain a centralized database for affordability transactions, offers and updates.
- Ensure all affordability-related processes adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Generate and present customized reports as requested by management or stakeholders.
- Regularly update records to reflect changes in schemes or processes.
- Maintain proper documentation of transactions, communications and reports.
- Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6-8 years of experience in MIS reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level) and reporting software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with financial processes, especially affordability schemes is a plus.
