In less than four years, we’ve sold over 3 million products worldwide, including Phone (1), which was listed on Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2022 for Innovative Smartphone Design. In 2023, we released two second-generation products: the powerful audio companion Ear (2) and the highly anticipated Phone (2), marking our US debut.

We also launched CMF by Nothing, our sub-brand focused on making wonderful design accessible to all. In March 2024, we welcomed our third smartphone, Phone (2a). A powerfully unique device that enables even more people to experience the best of Nothing innovation. 

A few weeks later in April 2024, we welcomed our new audio line-up. Introducing Ear, our best-ever audio experience, and Ear (a); the brightest, most vivid new member of the Nothing family.

The Role: 

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to work with tour CMF Brand and Audio products. 

Working alongside our regional team, you will play a vital role in co-creating the vision and strategic priorities for this business area. The Sales Manager will be trusted to manage, nurture and lead relationships with key partners in this product line for your regions. You will devise, sell and execute bespoke and transformational joint business plans with partners that will outperform our competition and help us to achieve our bold ambitions for 2024 and beyond. The Sales Manager will need to be a passionate and exceptional brand ambassador for us and will be trusted to maintain an expert knowledge of our product offering. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development of appropriate go-to-market strategies to drive the sales objectives in the channels of the accounts and owning key relationships with partners.
  • Own the sales forecast across all products and routes in the accounts.
  • Ownership of the sales goals and objectives for Nothing in the managed accounts.
  • Drive the right activities to ensure that channel partners achieve the sales objectives.
  • Gain deep understanding of your retailers’ and partners strategies and tactics as well as in-depth understanding of shoppers and trends.
  • Co-create, sell and execute tailored and transformational joint business plans with retail partners that will outperform competition and deliver the business objective for Nothing. 
  • Build robust and sustainable relationships externally and internally. 
  • Constantly evaluate business model with retailers and drive change of go-to-market model when appropriate.

 

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer electronics.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
  • Proven effective relationship builder with retailers, carriers, e-tailers and distributors in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A strong bias-to-action and used to getting things done in a short timeframe.
  • Good communication skills, able to get buy-in from stake-holders within the company.
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable with changing environments as well as multiple overlapping projects.
