The Solutions team is responsible for discovering, commercializing, and managing all automation opportunities on the Notable platform. Solutions Leads, who are focused on specific domain areas and customer segments, serve as cross-functional domain experts for all automations within that industry
Identify new automation opportunities based on domain expertise and customer conversations;
help define the product vision for new automation opportunities;
Formulating thought leadership pieces on healthcare automation & participating in marketing events / webinars as a subject matter expert;
work with customers pre-sales to identify high ROI automation opportunities through shadowing and discovery sessions;
maintain a central automation library consisting of implementation best practices and ROI;
forge partnerships with Payers to commercialize new automation solutions;
Participating in customer-facing meetings during implementation and quarterly business reviews to help identify and deploy new automations
Building and maintaining an internal proprietary Payer automations library
Designing mappings, pathways, and probabilistic algorithms to power our Payer automations
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Operations, and Product functions as the internal subject matter expert on payer automation.
You're a great fit because you...
have 3+ years experience working at (or closely with) a health plan / payer;
have 3+ years experience in developing, commercializing, or implementing technology solutions at provider organizations or payers;
have strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to lead webinars, conference presentations, and compose op-ed articles;
have a passion for working autonomously -- a self-starter who thrives in white space;
Highly collaborative team player who can effectively augment other functions;
have a technical background in AI/ML (bonus).
