You will be a part of the Solutions team that will be the internal subject matter experts on every Automation on our platform. This specialized expert team will be responsible for identifying and managing all automation opportunities, ranging from patient to provider to payers, and will be critical to creating value for our customers.
deconstruct clinical workflows into discrete steps suitable for automation;
maintain documentation of clinical workflows across all of our customers;
train clinical operations analysts on the nuances of these workflows;
work with the product and engineering teams to help improve the automation platform;
oversee a team of clinical operations analysts, which includes hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
You're a great fit because you...
have 3+ years of domain expertise in healthcare including basic understanding of common healthcare workflows such as revenue cycle management, clinical notes/orders, and patient intake / access;
have basic experience with healthcare software applications including electronic medical record systems (EMRs),
have experience hiring, onboarding, and training a small team while managing their performance;
are able to synthesize findings into actionable insights using database queries, analytics, and dashboards;
have a technical background in AI/ML (bonus).
