We use this structured understanding to drastically improve health care by automating hours of daily busy-work for clinicians, reduce the cost of health care by eliminating excess overhead, and improve patient outcomes by delivering data-driven insights to doctors and patients.
 
Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the customer relationship, driving effective product adoption and advising on tools within our ecosystem to ensure customers are getting value from our offerings. You will also help providers automate their note generation, test new features, partner with the engineering team on specifications, and track key metrics to support Notable’s growth.
 
Members of the Customer Success Manager team understand clinician workflows and patient needs. They additionally are experts with multiple electronic medical records systems and are able to identify automatable processes within the health care system.
 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Scribe or similar
  • Experience as a Scribe Trainer, Chief Scribe, Project Manager, or similar
  • Willingness to travel
  • Comfortable navigating EMRs
  • Analytical skills for process improvement
  • Startup experience preferred, but not required
