We use this structured understanding to drastically improve health care by automating hours of daily busy-work for clinicians, reduce the cost of healthcare by eliminating excess overhead, and improve patient outcomes by delivering data-driven insights to doctors and patients.
We’re looking to hire our first Strategic Finance / FP&A role to take on a variety of strategic, operational, and analytical projects and assist management in making key financial decisions. This person will own our financial model and help establish long term goals and identify implications and trade-offs of various business plans.  
Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the business including 
  • Responsible for producing accurate and timely management reports, including an analysis of sales and operational expenditure
  • Take ownership of performance management for the business including identifying and reporting KPIs which are linked to company strategy and drive positive actions
  • Prepare financial forecasts and budgets
  • Support the strategic planning and strategic initiatives of the company, including acquisitions and investment appraisal, by providing financial planning and modeling skills
  • Be a strategic partner with Customer Success and Product on invoicing details, understanding time to deploy, and costs/revenue
  • Model out Customer Acquisition Cost, loan-to-value ratios, and pull together materials for investors and boarding meetings as needed
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable 
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in investment banking, management consulting, private equity or an industry financial planning role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis
  • Ability to perform research and compile reports
  • Ability to track and plan budgets
  • Experience forecasting and analyzing data
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Quickbooks and Expensify are strongly preferred
