What you'll be doing...
As a data maintenance clerk, you will be responsible for requesting and maintaining demographic information from health plan participants to ensure new or continued eligibility of their health coverage.
- Processing incoming and returned mail
- Reviewing weekly participant reports
- Completing and mailing packets to new participants
- Ordering ID cards for participants

- Organized. Able to juggle and prioritize workloads, have strong analytical skills
- Communicator. Strong verbally and in writing including interpersonal skills
- Service Minded. Passionate about customer service--delivering it like you expect to receive it
- Detailed. Attentive to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Technically Savvy. Proficient with technology, basic level with Excel and Word
- Bilingual. Fluent in Spanish (highly preferred)
