Assign, direct and supervise the work of front line claims processing employees
Authorize client benefit payments in accordance with established procedures
Respond to escalated customer requests
Lead a team of 10-15 bargaining unit employees (including performance management and timesheet approvals)
Interview, train and orient new hires
Monitor quality and compliance for accuracy and completion of work
Based on the successful candidate’s location preference, the job may be performed in Seattle, Federal Way, or Mountlake Terrace.
Who you are...
Experienced. Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience
Educated. Bachelor's degree preferred
Leader. Proven ability to influence others to get work done
Communication. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Service Minded. Delivers exceptional customer service with flawless follow through
Technically Savvy. Proficient in all MS Office Suite
