The Enterprise Infrastructure Architect is the senior technical resource and advanced subject matter expert for the research, analysis, design, implementation and support of all network, hardware, and software projects supporting the effective operation of Northwest Administrators, Inc. The Enterprise Architect will be called upon by leadership, application developers, etc. to partner in finding and implementing emerging technology solutions that meet client and business needs today and in the future.
What you'll be doing...
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop, document and maintain a detailed understanding of current technology infrastructure
Create a forward-thinking strategic plan to position Northwest Administrators, Inc. at the forefront of the industry
Collaborate with the Security Architect to ensure highest level of system security
Manage large hardware and infrastructure software projects (analysis, design, technical implementation, support)
Effectively communicate technology trends, benefits and risks to executives and stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge
Provide technical and architectural support for complex analysis and resolution
Mentor others, especially within the information technology department
Who you are...
Educated. Bachelor's degree in technology or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
Experienced. Minimum 10 years in complex network and hardware environments
Motivated. Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability
Communication. Strong communication skills with team, management, vendors, etc.
