What you'll be doing...
As a Telecom Administrator, you will responsible for responding to assignments involving the installation, repair, and/or maintenance of phone systems, PBX, voice mail, local and wide-area networks, and voice-recording systems in all Northwest Administrators locations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide support and primary administrative function for all phone systems
Troubleshoot issues with network carriers, call-recording systems and user phones
Work with telcos to install and maintain phone lines in existing and new locations
Perform research on new technology and make appropriate recommendations for upgrades and new equipment
Maintain proper documentation on all phone systems
Ensure service and security levels comply with established expectations and protocols
Assist team members as assigned
Who you are...
Educated. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experienced. Min 2 years related experience, remote support experience required
Knowledge. Extensive knowledge of phone systems, call recording systems, and wide area networks. Familiar with VOIP, Cisco, NEC, RightFax.
Motivated. Able to work independently and self-motivated
Service. Strong focus on customer satisfaction
