As a Pension Field Representative, you will be the liaison between varied stakeholders. Your focus, as a trained expert in the benefits provided through NWA, will be to provide communication and education to participants. This is a temporary position estimated to last 6 months.
Attend meetings to explain the ins and outs of the benefit plans
Conduct individual and small group meetings to answer participant questions
Work with others, internal and external, to resolve participant issues
Actively participate in resolving participant issues, working collaboratively with internal and external partners
Provide appropriate documentation and communication as required

Educated. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the benefits field

Travel. Ability travel, frequently requiring air travel and overnight stays
