Lead the recruiting function, actively recruiting and sourcing candidates
Develop collaborative relationships with leaders to support their unit's business needs
Coach and support leaders on a variety of HR related issues/functions
Support branding activities, specifically to those that touch HR
Oversee job description library and ensuring legal and contractual obligations are met
Ensure that department goals and KPIs are met and/or exceed expectation
Develop the recruiting team to exemplify our #1 goal of providing exceptional customer service
Communicate creatively in writing to create interest in NWA
Other HR duties as assigned
Who you are...
Educated. BA degree or equivalent skills and experience, with HR certification desired
Experienced. Min 5 years’ experience, combined recruiting and human resources
Leadership. Experienced leading and developing teams, minimum 5 years
Communication. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
Tech Savvy. Strong MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
Organized. Proven process improvement and organizational skills
