As a Pension Benefits Processor, you support people in the life changing transition from work to retirement, or navigating other life changes that affect their pension benefits. Your research verifies retirement and death benefit eligibility and establishes the appropriate benefit level according to individual benefit plan rules. Specifically you will:
Guide retirees through the application process
Research and calculate benefits for retirees
Ensure necessary documentation is received and recorded
Follow-up on pending retirement applications

Juggler. Some processors support multiple plans with different requirements
Communicative. Listening with empathy and compassion is key. Excellent oral/ written communication skills
Detail-oriented. Ability to manage and prioritize your work; strong analytical skills and deliver accurate and timely work
Technical. INTER proficiency in Excel and Word. Ability to learn, understand and use new software applications
Adaptable and curious. The position is dynamic; continuously evolving due to our ever growing clientele
Experienced. Three (3) years of related administrative experience
Bilingual. Fluency in Spanish is required
