As the Manager of Contract Administration, you’ll oversee review and implementation of contract documents for one of the country’s largest multi-employer pension plans. You will lead a decentralized team of contract reviewers based in four different cities. You’ll develop key performance indicators (KPIs), manage workflow, and lead your team in process improvement activities.
Ensuring compliance w/contract and pension plan policies so that plan participants receive accurate pensions
Review, approval and implementation of CBA's and related contractual documents on behalf of NWAs’ client
Monitor workflow and staff w/in the dept., enforcing client & Co. policies and procedures and ensuring quality.
Working closely with other departments to improve cross-functional communication and workflow.

Who you are...
Educated. Bachelor's degree required. Paralegal certification or J.D. a plus, but not required
Experienced Leader. 8+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years management experience
Goal-oriented. Highly accountable; efficiently manage multiple work assignments and meet critical deadlines
Detail-oriented. Meticulous and organized; accurate and precise attention to detail
Process-driven. Experienced in managing workflow and driving process improvement initiatives
