In a cohort of patients, the CCP reduced post-surgical cardiac complications by 71%, maternal complications by 12%, newborn complications by 16%, and newborn readmissions by 56%.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In order to create engaging training materials for public health institutions and provide the best user experience to patients and caregivers, we are seeking a 'Regional Creative Content Consultant- Punjabi' who can think and write in Punjabi, together with English and Hindi

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Content Creation and engagement: Develop/ rewrite/ customize creative and engaging copy for various educational and training materials, including but not limited to flipcharts (an IEC material designed for nurses to conduct healthcare sessions in wards), takeaways, posters, banners, brochures, pamphlets, IVRs, online and offline campaigns collateral in Punjabi. In addition, the candidate should have experience conceptualizing and writing content for standard and rich media creatives. Enhance user experience through creative solutions for our RES service
  • Brand Messaging: Understand the brand's voice, tone, and values, and ensure consistency across all written communications. Craft persuasive messages that effectively communicate the brand's unique selling propositions and differentiate it from competitors
  • Target Audience Analysis: Conduct field research to gain insights into the target audience's demographics, psychographics, preferences, and pain points in Punjab. Tailor existing messaging to resonate with the audience and drive desired actions
  • Concept Development: Assist the HC team in developing innovative concepts and ideas for the upcoming projects in Punjab. Take lead to conduct concept testing with the target audience in Punjab. Brainstorm and participate in creative discussions to generate impactful and memorable content
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and revise copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling, and adherence to project brief and feedback from stakeholders/project partners. Proofread and edit content for consistency, flow, and adherence to the overall campaign thought
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical experts, researchers, designers, and developers, to ensure the seamless integration of copy with visual elements and overall campaign objectives
  • Research and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in copywriting and health education and communications. Conduct on-ground research for various communication campaigns and projects in Punjab to gather feedback and insights for content development
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality copy that meets expectations and project deadlines

 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Experienced creative content writer/communications professional with over 7 years of proven expertise in advertising, publication, or development sectors. Experience of working on Government communication campaigns or with the IEC/Communications department in Punjab will be a plus
  • Must have a degree or diploma in public relations, advertising, mass communication or development sector
  • Motivated to solve important public health challenges in a creative and innovative way, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in Punjabi, along with English and Hindi, is essential
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Docs, Spreadsheets) and Google suite
  • Comfortable traveling to health facilities and homes of users and other implementation sites within Punjab and India, as required
