Sales manager for AI based remote care solution for elderly care in Western Europe (London)

Noomi is a working to transform the technologies which support primary care providers, enhancing their ability to deliver the best quality of care in an efficient way.

We have developed a SaaS solution that works by connecting a sensory, lightweight wristband with a cloud-based machine learning platform, identifying emergencies and analyzing the behaviours of those in need of care.

Noomi was developed to meet a growing need. With an aging global population, better, more intelligent tools are required to ensure that societies can maintain a high quality of care. Our solution aims to support primary care givers by providing them with tailored alerts and health insights, helping them to administer more effective care.  

After a successful start to our commercial activity in the Nordics, we are now expanding in to Western Europe. Our jurisdictions of focus are the UK, France and Germany.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional based in London to help support our growth across the Western European home care market. The role will report to the European Sales Manager.


About the role

In collaboration with the European Sales manager you will help to design and develop a robust go-to-market strategy for Western Europe, evaluating and iterating this over time as your market knowledge develops. You will be expected to maintain a clear understanding of the competitor landscape as well as the procurement challenges within each geography.

The role requires you to work towards the completion of ambitious sales targets. As such, it is expected that you will seek to establish and develop long lasting customer relationships. You will also be expected to report on your customer pipeline, providing regular updates on your progress, as well as attending industry events on a regular basis and helping to coordinate the marketing effort.

Strategic reseller or distribution partnerships must also be sought to help with the fulfillment and deployment of our products. In coordination with your manager you will work to develop margin incentives, training requirements, branding regulations and partner contracts. You will also work to assess the business partners annual and quarterly goals, ensuring that they are always up-to-date with new training about the deployment of product insights.


  • Demonstrate a successful track record in selling new technological solutions, preferably within the e-health or smartcare space.
  • Have a clear understanding of the home care market in at least one of the three geographies.
  • Show a consistent knowledge of the procurement processes involved in negotiating private and public sector contracts.
  • Have at least sales experience in a similar role.
  • A track record of meeting sales targets consistently.
  • High quality of written, numerical and verbal skills, with clear presenting experience.
  • Confidence and ability to develop new networks and close deals autonomously.
  • Desire to work in a startup environment, collaborating and taking initiative independently.  
  • Education: bachelor/master
  • Engineering/computer science background is a plus.
  • Another language such as French or German in addition to English is highly desirable.
