While we can trade stocks, order cars, or book short-term stays seamlessly online, the process of buying a home across the region remains slow, paper-driven, and inefficient. Nomad Homes is building an end-to-end experience to empower buyers to search, transact, and finance under one roof.

We have assembled the best team and investors to tackle this problem. Our founding team is former Uber, Addepar, PeerStreet, and Blackstone. We recently raised our $20 million Series A co-led by 01 Advisors, former Twitter executives Dick Costolo and Adam Bain, and the Spruce House Partnership, a $5 billion New York based investment partnership, along with former Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff, and Opendoor CEO Eric Wu. 

We are growing fast. This is why we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Acquisition Marketing Team to work on scaling our growth efforts across Nomad’s various markets including Dubai, Paris, Lisbon, and Barcelona.

 At Nomad You Will 🛠️

  • Own the day-to-day management of our paid digital marketing channels, including paid search and paid social, optimising for high quality leads across markets against cost per SQL and CAC targets
  • Partner closely with local marketing and creative teams to develop and iterate on ad creative and landing pages, incorporating the latest customer learnings and data to increase our marketing efficiency
  • Regularly report and communicate tests, learnings, and results with local markets and the rest of the company, including lessons, action items, and recommended optimizations
  • Ideate, develop, and launch growth experiments in collaboration with local markets, product, engineering, and design to optimise our web funnel
  • Influence the marketing-tech roadmap for the company to improve attribution and measurement infrastructure and methodology
  • Help define and build the processes for how central marketing works with local markets

What We Look For 🔍

Experience

  • You’ve likely managed a multi-million euro annual marketing budget in a previous role
  • You’ve directly managed and are very comfortable with both Google SEM and Facebook, and also may have experience with at least one other paid marketing channel (examples being TV, Outdoor, Direct Mail, Radio, Podcasts, SEO)
  • You love data and feel at home navigating through Excel and Google Analytics; you also may have experience with writing SQL and other tools such as Looker, Salesforce, and Mixpanel, or are eager to learn
  • You have a strong eye for both design and copy — you’re also not afraid to jump into design tools like Figma or Unbounce if need be
  • You’re business proficient in English and have reading proficiency in French. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus!
