Working with our talented, pragmatic and collaborative Solution Delivery team, you will be responsible for the full end to end implementation of our enterprise software solutions and take on the lead in understanding, analysing and translation our customers’ business requirements.

You'll also build and lead a brilliant team of implementation consultants who you will mentor and direct on various complex implementations across our client base. As the Lead Implementation Consultant, you’ll be the go-to for any more complex or pressing client needs that arise, using your knowledge and depth of stakeholder management.

What does it take to be a Noggin?

You are a Tertiary qualified, experienced Lead Implementation Consultant who has been hands-on with complex software implementations, leading projects and teams from requirements analysis, solution design, configuration through to the end of the project lifecycle. You love diversity - of work, people, ideas and projects so you're looking for an opportunity that will challenge you in different ways.

Throughout your career so far, you’ve implemented complex solutions to solve complex business challenges by getting hands on throughout the project life cycle and seeing the implementation come to life, you’ve thrown yourself into configuring the solution to meet the client’s needs as you documented it and on-time and on-budget.

You’re also an open and hands-on manager or lead, who has built and mentored teams to success with numerous clients and complex implementations. You love to see your team succeed and grow under your guidance and support into a powerhouse of client success.

What does success look like in this role?

Within your first 3 months, you will be fully up to speed with Noggin's software, systems and processes. You have completed product and methodology training and will actively be applying your knowledge on multiple live projects. You will also be starting to lead the implementation team on several projects.

Within your first 6 months, you will be confident in your ability to engage with clients around our solutions. You will run workshops, document user requirements, design solutions as well as starting to grow your team.

12 months and beyond, you will be self-managed and accountable for the solutions your team delivers. Plus, you're a knowledgeable and valued senior manager who has grown your team and mentored some members into senior positions.
