You will be selling a highly configurable, powerful, and battle tested incident response solution to a variety of industries and buyers, with a strong portfolio of logos to build upon. As well as this, you will lead the North American sales team to build our presence in the region.
What does it take to be a Regional VP of Sales at Noggin?
As our Regional VP of Sales for North America, you will come from a strong background of being a hands-on Salesperson in an international SaaS business, with a proven ability to lead and support a team. You will have experience selling software at the enterprise level, and the sales cycle that comes with it, planning and building your pipeline accordingly.
You will be mission driven and obsessed with technology and how it can help some of the largest and most critical organisations in the world manage incidents across several sectors. This will mean being hands-on with the software to demonstrate its capabilities and benefits for the customers to bring some of the largest opportunities home.
What does success look like in this role?
Within the first 30 days you will be fully up to speed with our product, having been intensive product training to set you up for success. You will also have a strong understanding of our processes, tools and teams.
By 60 days the team will be comfortable reporting into you and you’ll have developed a rhythm and plan to grow the sales pipeline in the region.
By 90 days you will have already got some deals over the line with your team, as well as have some larger ones building in the pipeline and well on the way to exceeding your targets. The team will have grown under your direction and be working closely with to build our presence.
