We're headquartered in Sydney but if you're based elsewhere in the ANZ region we can absolutely accommodate full remote working arrangements. If you are based in Sydney, we offer a hybrid style working arrangements where employees can come into the office 1 or 2 days per week if they like, but happy to support fully remote or fully office based depending on your needs.

What does it take to be a Noggin?

You’re a naturally curious and tech-savvy Presales Consultant. You know what’s what in the tech world and you understand how large, complex software applications interact together and you’re a natural and adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical people. 

You will play an active role in understanding the customers’ needs and develop an initial view of how the solutions should be adapted to meet those needs. As a trusted adviser of our enterprise solutions, you will solve customers' pain points by tailoring our solutions and effectively demonstrating these to the key decision makers. 

You’ve got a consistent record of successfully getting deals over the line and you’re no stranger to owning RFx documentation and processes, conceptualizing solutions, hands-on software configuration and providing prospective clients with clear, concise and insightful software demonstrations. To you, there’s nothing more satisfying than providing the best solution to our customers’ complex, real-world problems.

What does success look like in this role?

3 months in, you’ll be well versed in our products, solution areas and competitors. You’ll be actively building relationships with customers, getting to know their pain-points, the industries they work in and how Noggin brings value to their businesses.

By the 6 month mark, you’ll have become a product expert and the go-to person. You'll be actively consulting with customers and coordinating information and resources across the business globally. You'll also have started to make improvements in our systems, processes, templates and overall approach to sales engineering.

By the end of your first year you’ll have been instrumental in increasing the number of prospects in the sales pipeline and played a crucial role in the generation of new business. You'll have comfortably stepped into a leadership role and have delivered on a number of initiatives and business improvements across pre-sales globally.
