As our Channel Sales Manager, you’ll be establishing strong working relationships with Noggin sales partners in the APAC region and globally; working directly with our sales teams to deliver revenue growth through these relationships and grow our customer base. Given Noggin's market-leading software enables our customers to manage disruption, smarter - the impetus of the partnerships you'll nurture is significant and makes a genuine impact in the world around us. We’re talking grand-scale disruption management; from natural disasters to threats to public safety and even saving beached whales.
What does it take to be a Noggin?
As our Channel Sales, your main focus will be to manage our channel partners and work with our internal sales team to ensure we are making the most of these relationships and growing our solutions across key markets. You’ve been in the channel sales / strategic alliance game for a few years now, selling SaaS solutions or complex tech solutions across a variety of industries.
You'll bring with you a history of establishing good working relationships with sales partners and internal sales teams and you know how to track and measure your success through detailed sales reports and accurate forecasting. You're genuinely passionate about the solutions you sell, the problems you sell and the people you partner with to achieve this. You know how to talk (credibly) and you know what's needed to drive the growth and expansion of our solutions across various channels.
What does success look like in this role?
During the first 3 months, you’ll take on our current global channel program goals and strategy, and reformulate our channels strategy. You’ll begin to establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner organisations, and develop clear, executable go-to-market sales and marketing strategies to support your channel growth objectives and deliver new revenue streams into the business.
By the 6-month mark, you’ll be proactively leading joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets. You’ll also be collaborating with Marketing to drive the creation and utilisation of sales collateral as well as demand generation programs and campaigns that drive partner revenue. After 12 months, you'll be looking to build on your success by carving out channels in multiple geographic regions.
